Top: One hundred metres after the start and Phil Wicks has laid his cards on the table.
Centre left: Although feeling rough, James Fairbourn had another good run, placing 18th in his first Surrey CC Champs. Middle: Always a solid man, M45 Knut Hegvold was one of the first veterans home with his 23rd place. Right: As an ex-elite level triathlete, there's a lot of talent lying in Tim Weeks' frame.
Bottom left: Robert Norville came out after a couple of laps, not finding the extra distance to his liking. Middle: What a six months James Kelly has had with the Bels - National, SEAA and County team gold medals in the relays, a 5k in the BAL team and an individual bronze medal here at Lloyd Park. Right: But there was only ever one winner - Phil Wicks from gun to tape.
