Paskar Owor does just enough to win the 800 metres. It was a lifetime best of 10.82 seconds for Jason Hussain as he won the 100 metres. Matt Threadgold was close to his best ever with a 49.40 400 metres - another win. These and all following photos by Leo Coy.
Another to set a personal best ever performance was Loic Malroux who cleared 1.80 to win the high jump. David Wellstead set his furthest javelin throw for 2010 - and won the triple jump with a leap of just over 14 metres.
Taking a break from 400 metre running, U17 Vladimir Woodham-Smith tackled the 100 metres with U20 Jolyon Hutchings. Another U17 Deji Williams ran in a non-scoring 100m and the scoring relay team.
Matt Morgan won the opening event of the match - the 2000 metre steeplechase - from clubmate Dave Mason. The evening wears on and Paskar keeps an eye on the 1500 metre field before breaking away for another win ... and he's still got the 3000 metres to run (and win) yet!
