Below: Huw Lobb (54 Bedford & County) pushes the pace for a group just out of the medals. A representative from each of the leading club teams featured in this bunch - Huw, Dave Mitchinson (253 Newham & Essex Beagles), Jerome Brooks (11 London Irish) and Hassan Raidi (484 Belgrave H). Hassan knocked over a minute off his best time with 30:29.
