Elmbridge 10k, 25 July 2004
Above Mark Thompson (540) finished within a second of Kassa Tadesse (549) as both beat the course record for the Elmbridge 10k. They ran 30:34 and 30:33 and were followed home by David Anderson in 3rd and Hassan Raidi in 4th as the Bels notched up an unbeatable team score.
