| Top: Jason Hussain gets a good start on his way to a 21.9 clocking. Bottom: Positive front running came from Spencer Barden who was only a shade over two minutes at 800m. He was tracked closely all the way by Windsor's Scott Overall, who got the better of Spen at the end, and the fastest finish came from Blackheath & Bromley's Michael Skinner who picked up his second win of the day.
