| Top: Louise Cooper (1) finally placed 3rd with a massive personal record in the 3000 metres after battling with the leading two for much of the race. Bottom left: Amy Forsyth takes the lead-off leg for the 4 x 100 metres relay and was back in action within minutes, this time taking third leg in the 4 x 400 metres.
