Left - Moving up on stage 2: Morpeth have gone ahead but are being caught by Warmby (Newham & Essex Beagles) and Stephen Sharp (Belgrave) who are both about to sweep past Walker running for early leaders Woodford Green. Centre - With all the deadliness of a cruise missile, Spencer Barden is opening up a substantial lead on stage 4. Right - It's a lonely run now for the rest of the team. Allen Graffin has open road ahead and behind.
Left - Miles ahead! Mark Miles is on his own but runs to the third fastest time of the day Centre - No need to break sweat for David Anderson on stage six. Right - Spencer Barden collects the cup accompanied by Stephen Sharp and Allen Graffin.
