800m open water swim, 30.6km bike, 7.5km run.

In wet and windy conditions Catherine Eastham had the misfortune to pick up two punctures on the bike. The first, on lap two of the 30.6k ride, took nearly 11 minutes to fix and with no spare tube to fix the second on lap six - it was a case just keeping going. Without the punctures she'd have clocked around 1:54:57 which would have been 25th overall/15th in category.

As for Anne, she swept all before her as she was fastest in all categories in the swim, 2nd overall and F40 category winner.
