HSA's Personal Medical Plans - worth a look

HSA’s Personal Medical Plans have been brought to our attention and they certainly look as if they could be very useful to athletes or, indeed, anyone. The core module (module 1) costs £11 per month and this allows unlimited access to consultants and diagnostic tests. So if you need a simple blood test or a complex MRI scan, these are all covered. Having subscribed to module 1, any or all of modules 2 to 4 can be added on to the basic package. Module 3 looks particularly interesting for sports people and HSA’s web site tells us: Whether you're a sports enthusiast, a DIY'er, or always on the go, there's no need to suffer from conditions such as back pain, muscle strain or sporting injuries. With Module 3 you could be treated within 24 hours at a time and place to suit you. Module 3 costs an additional £4 per month.
