London Walks, Victoria Park

Belgrave dominate the London Walks

The headline just about says it all. As expected our women had a very easy team win in their 5k, with latest signings Gražina Narviliene 2nd and Lauren Whelan 3rd. Lauren went on to complete 10k in the fastest time of the day by a woman. Rebecca Crossan was the 3rd scorer with Maureen Noel and Tabi Gillan providing very solid back-up. The big surprise was the men's team - 1st! Helped enormously by Alex Wright scoring a massive individual win with John Hall and Mark Culshaw filling the other scoring positions and Paul King providing solid back-up. And we also had a winner of the boys Under 11 with Gražina's son taking the honours.
