Sarah Astin’s 5000m is a straight final to be scheduled for 18:15 on Saturday evening.

Second-claimer Michael Measter, running in Royal Air Force colours, joins Bel Sam Ige in the 100m heats at 16:30 on Friday. The men’s 100m final is at 18:40 on Saturday.
