Sian Harry crowned Welsh indoor 400m champion
Belgrave’s Sian Harry won the Welsh indoor 400m title at the National Indoor Athletics centre in Cardiff on Saturday.
Sian came through her heat with a 56.10 win earlier in the day before her 55.56 beat Cardiff’s Ffion Mair Roberts in the final. Laura Turley of West Cheshire took the bronze medal.
Sian’s run beat her previous indoor PB, set at Lee Valley a week earlier, and was only a second shy of her 54.64 outdoor PB set at Bedford in July 2021.
