Another banter filled afternoon saw Belgrave pretty much winning or placing second in every single event in which they took part ... but a very small women's team and a general lack of middle-distance runners held the team back to third place. Conditions were very windy so Ciaran Collins' 400 run was special and hurdlers Jean-Claude Roghi and Louise Aylwin really looked the business as they won their one lap races by the length of the straight. Sprinter Haylene Ryan tried an event - high jump - that she hasn't tackled since school days and impressed all with her western roll technique.
