W.R. ‘Bill’ Laws 1938-2019
Belgrave Harriers mourn the passing of our two-timePresident and 31-year BAL team manager, Bill Laws, after a brave battle withcancer.
Bill joined Belgrave in 1953 and the breadth and scope of his contribution to club life was remarkable and he was fully active in our affairs right up until Christmas. He marked his 80th birthday last summer, and was surrounded with his family in his final days.
